The Palmer Family
Welcome to the history of the Palmer Family...

... and the Doherty, Hernan, Loughnan, Crumlish, Cavanagh, D'Arcy and McGuire families, and many more besides ...

I have traced direct links to family in Donegal, Derry, Belfast, Wexford, Dublin, Wicklow, Carlow, England and Scotland. I've even come across an oral family tradition that I am descended from a soldier who sailed with the Spanish Armada to invade England in 1588!

Most of these pages are a bit of an indulgence, to share my family history with the world, if anyone is interested, and to help me find missing family members! Irish genealogists may find the pages on Moville, County Donegal, of some help in tracing their Irish roots, however. On these pages you will find ........

... and lots more besides .. Check out the menu ..
