Evelyn Crumlish was the daughter of John and Anne Crumlish. She was born in Moville Co. Donegal about 1898.

She had eight brothers and sisters: Mary Anne (my grandmother), Denis, Margaret, Kathleen, Frances, Theresa, Nora and Charlie

She had the ill health for most of her life, and was looked after by her sister, Nora. They lived together in the front room of the family butcher shop in the north west corner of The Square, 48 Main Street, Moville (by now converted into a house).

Evelyn was a spinster, and died of TB in Moville on 21 June 1965.
