Gabrielle Louise Doherty is my mother.

She was born on 03 August 1920 at 2 Beechwood Avenue, Derry, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Anne Doherty. She had five sisters, Gwendoline, Angela, Mary Josephine, Bernadette and Adrienne.

She went to London in 1939, and worked at the Admiralty, where she met her husband, Benny Palmer. They married at Holy Trinity Church, Brook Green, London W14 on 06 February 1950.

Benny and Gabrielle have three children, Benjamin Laurence, Yvonne and Norman.

She is currently living happily in London.
